AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS PARCELS – Please note, until further notice, Australia Post will no longer guarantee next day delivery for Express Post Parcels due to delays in the network.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Please note there are lengthy delays on all international deliveries due to changes in the delivery networks and border restrictions.  Parcels are currently experiencing delays of up to 12 weeks to countries like the USA and Canada as well as the UK.  NZ delays can be 4-8 weeks.

Within Australia, we use Australia Post Standard delivery. Charges for delivery within Australia start from $8.95 depending on weight and postcode. Orders received before 8am EST* on a business day, should be processed within 2 business days (please note that this depends on availability and volumes, during peak periods it may take longer). Once your order has been packed, we will send you a confirmation email.  If you do not receive this email please check your junk folders and spam filters.  We aim to have your order to you within 3-10 business days – this can sometimes be quicker if you live in a capital city and longer if you live in Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania or remote/country areas.

Australia Post Express Post Service  (additional fee based on weight) – orders placed with Express Post before 8am on business days will be shipped as soon as possible when the stock is available and then delivered via Australia Post Express Post Service. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes, many of these addresses can receive delivery within 2-3 days but not all. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.  Express Post pricing is dependant on weight and the postcode that it is being delivered to.

Express Post to all postcodes will be delivered in the quickest timeframes possible – please allow 2-5 days. Delivery to Tasmania, NT and WA can take up to 10 business days for post codes outside metropolitan areas.

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

International Postage – if you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your orders to you. You will pay the overseas freight charge to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. When placing your order, you will go through the standard checkout process and the postage charge for most countries will be calculated in the checkout for you.  Some countries may not be able to be quoted in the checkout.  In these circumstances the appropriate international shipping charge will be calculated prior to shipping your parcel and this amount outstanding will be invoiced to you for payment prior to shipping.  This will be done within 1 business day of placing your order.  Below are some estimates of time frames and charges to some countries.

Out of Stocks – we update our sites product availability regularly however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery time. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.


Pre orders – we post a number of products before we receive them to give you a preview and chance to pre order upcoming new season ranges.  These products can be pre ordered up to 2 months before arrival from some designers and 2 weeks for others.  If you would like to know exactly when a product will be available for delivery, please contact us and we will be able to give you an arrival date.  For orders placed on Pre ordered stock, your package will be packed and sent within 2 working days of us receiving the shipment.  Orders will be packed in the order they were received.


Back orders – Sometimes we run out of stock but can still order replacement stock from the supplier.  For popular designs, we may offer a back order when we have another shipment of that design coming on a future shipment.  For orders placed back ordered stock, your package will be packed and sent within 2 working days of us receiving the shipment.  Orders will be packed in the order they were received.
