Returns and Exchange Policy
"No Hassles" 14 Day Return Policy**
We believe in the quality of our products and we understand that buying fashion online is convenient but it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we have a ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy. You may return the items bought online within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price* or exchange. Please ensure you lodge your return request promptly after receiving your items as returns will not be accepted after this period.
*Shipping and handling charges are however non refundable.

In addition to the standard terms and conditions these specific terms also apply to this promotion.
If you are returning an item from this promotion for refund please note that the FREE item will not result in any monetary refund if returned as Sapphire Butterfly has received no payment for this item. Should any other item in the order be returned for refund please note that the order total from the original order will be recalculated taking the new order total into account and the difference will be refunded.
For example, if 3 items were purchase costing $49, $39 and $19, the $19 item would have been discounted to $0 resulting in a total of $88 before postage. If the $39 item is returned for refund, the new total would be $49 + $19 = $68 and the refund would be $88 - $68 = $20 refund ( not $39).
We obviously ask that the garment has not been worn, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment at all times and when posting. We cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn or are without tags. All items returned must be in new, original condition or unfortunately we will need to send these back to you without refund.
When trying on any garments including swimwear, for hygeine reasons, please keep your underwear on. This will ensure it is still returnable if it should not fit correctly.
When trying on formal, bridal and evening wear with delicate beading and sequin work, please ensure to take extra care to avoid catching or snagging the garment. These garments are always packed in protective bags so you can simply remove from the box and hang immediately. It is recommended that you leave the dress in the protective bag when not wearing it to ensure it does not catch on other garments in your wardrobe.
If you are concerned about the return mail, please return goods via registered mail with signature to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once goods are received by us in good condition within the 14 day return period.
How do I return products?
There is a link to a returns and exchanges form in the Customer Care section of this website . Simply click on this link and it will take you to an online returns and exchanges form. Complete the form with your order details and submit. A Returns and Exchange request number will be generated and you will be able to view the progress of this request through the Returns section in your account details. Once this form has been submitted, simply pack your return carefully and return to :

You will need to ensure that your postage is fully paid when sending returns as unpaid postage items may not be delivered and Sapphire Butterfly does not take responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned.
What happens if I bought more than 1 item and want to return only part of the order?
The return process is the same as above however, if you received the free postage offer on your original order because the total was more than the threshold, and the returned items reduce the value of the original order below the threshold for the offer, the postage charge will be added to the order prior to the refund being calculated.
Do I have to pay postage for exchanges?
No, we will send replacement/exchanged products to you freight free (regular post) once we receive your return. If you need express delivery or international delivery, this will incur an additional charge.
How long do Returns and Exchanges take?
Returns and Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Please note while we refund the purchase amount during this period, it may take up to 7 business days for banks to clear funds into your account.
What if a product is faulty?
We take great care in checking and packing your orders so we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If this does occur please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product. Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
If you would like to exchange an item - please include in the comments section of the exchange form the style number, colour and size you would ilke in place of the return so that we can put it on hold for you if it is available, until we receive the returned product.
